With over three decades of experience acquiring, renovating, and managing real estate across multiple states, Michael Santonelli brings the kind of seasoned insight and practical know-how that only comes from years in the trenches. Known for his integrity, contractor negotiation skills, and proactive property care, Michael has built Santonelli Property Management around the principle that exceptional service is the only path to exceptional ROI. His Charleston-based firm is personal, professional, and built for long-term success—just like the homes he manages.

He brings over 30 years of experience in real estate investment and property rehab, including navigating Charleston’s Board of Architectural Review (BAR) and permitting processes.
